Graphic LCD 96x68 - HX1230

The HX1230 LCD is a basic graphic LCD screen originally intended for as a cell phone screen. It uses the HX1230 controller. The HX1230 is a low power CMOS LCD controller/driver, designed to drive a graphic display of 68 rows and 96 columns. The HX1230 requires four I/O pins for interfacing and support single LED backlight, resulting in low power consumption.

The HX1230 interfaces to microcontrollers through a serial bus interface.

NOTE: There may be small blemishes on these screens as they are surplus.
