This is a simple to use infra-read sensor switch. Power it up with 5V and it can detects object within 3 to 80cm. It is widely used in mobile robot for obstacle detection, interactive media, industrial assembly line and many other applications.

The detection distance can be adjusted from 3- 80cm. It comes with a LED to show the sensing status.
